The Shantii Project emblem — a trishul rising through a lotus, wound with a living vine.

shantii.aiYour practice, understood.

An intelligence trained on the yogic lens rather than the fitness one. It reads the shadow you carry, the physical self you live in, and the energetic self beneath both — then returns a practice built for you alone, to keep you well before anything breaks.

It begins as a reading and a plan. It is being built toward an agentic engine — one that keeps working between sessions: watching how the practice actually lands, adjusting the sequence as your body and season change, and bringing a human teacher in the moment it matters.

The founder

Engineer, then yogini.

She learned to debug systems in Boston long before she learned to read her own.

Engineering gives you a particular way of seeing: find the fault, isolate it, ship the fix, move on. It is a good way to think about software. It is a terrible way to think about a body — which does not want to be patched so much as it wants to be listened to.

The Shantii Project began where those two ways of thinking stopped arguing. The rigour of a systems mind, pointed at a practice that is two thousand years older than any of it. Sequences that are structured because structure works, and traditional because tradition already solved most of this.

Most people have never done yoga.
They have only done poses.

shantii.ai is that same collision, made useful for you. It reads the three layers a good teacher would read — the shadow you carry, the body you live in, the energy beneath both — and returns a practice built for one person. Then a real yogi picks it up and teaches it.

Not a workout plan. Not a personality quiz. Preventative care, in the older sense of the word.

Three layers, one person

What it reads in you.

Not a personality quiz and not a step count. The same three-layer reading a teacher makes across years of knowing you.

I

The shadow

What you avoid, repeat, and carry unspoken. Named through the yogic map of the mind — the vrittis, the samskaras, the patterns that run you — without judgment and without a diagnosis.

II

The physical self

Where the body has been holding it: the gut, the thyroid, the hips, the jaw, the breath. Symptoms read as signals with a source, not as failures to correct.

III

The energetic self

Prana, the koshas, the subtle layer beneath the muscle that almost no training touches — where depletion shows up long before a blood test finds it.

Why yoga, specifically

Some things a gym cannot reach.

A thyroid is not fixed under a barbell. PCOS asks for womb healing and a lower cortisol load — not more cardio. Strength training is good medicine for some things and no medicine at all for others, and the difference matters when it is your body.

What training solves well

  • Muscle mass and strength
  • Bone density
  • Cardiovascular capacity
  • Metabolic rate

What it leaves untouched

  • Thyroid regulation
  • PCOS, and the womb healing it asks for
  • Cortisol load and the stress axis
  • A dysregulated nervous system
  • Sleep architecture
  • Breath capacity and depth

Preventative care, in the older sense of the word — practice that keeps the system from tipping, rather than treatment after it has.

Where it is going

A reading today.
An agentic engine next.

Most wellness apps hand you a plan and go quiet. shantii.ai is being built to stay in the room — an agent that keeps working between your sessions rather than waiting to be opened.

01
In development

The reading

You answer honestly, once. It returns the three-layer reading — shadow, body, energy — and a first practice sequenced for your constitution, your condition, and the season you are in.

02
Next

The conversation

A bot you can actually talk to, in the language of the practice rather than of calories. Ask why a posture is in your sequence, tell it your hips hurt on day three, say you did not sleep — and watch tomorrow's practice change because of it.

03
The engine

Agentic, not reactive

An agent that holds the long arc: tracking how the practice actually lands over weeks, noticing the drift before you do, adjusting the sequence as your cycle, your stress load and your seasons move — and escalating to a human teacher the moment something needs a person.

04
Always

A teacher at the end of it

Every plan stays reviewable by a yogi on our board. The engine drafts, watches and remembers. A human being teaches. That order does not invert, however good the model gets.

For teachers

A dashboard for yogis.

shantii.ai drafts. A teacher decides. Come on board and you are given real students, a place to hold their practice, and the standing to change anything the machine suggests.

Your yogic dashboard

Every student you take on — their intake, their reading, their plan, their practice log — in one place built for teaching rather than for admin.

Assigned with intention

We match you to students whose condition and constitution suit your training and lineage. Small numbers, deliberately, so the attention stays real.

The teaching stays yours

The plan arrives as a draft. You are the one who reads the room, adjusts the sequence, and holds the person. It assists a teacher; it does not replace one.
